Air to Air Refueling Services Contracted Air to Air Refueling ( AAR) services utilizing contractor- owned and operated aircraft to fulfill critical requirements for AAR in support of Pacific Air Forces ( PACAF) missions within the US Indo- Pacific Command ( USINDOPACOM) area of responsibility. This includes carrying qualified non- crewmembers and providing associated cargo ( PUKs). The services will support various US Air Force receiver aircraft including B1B, B52H, C17A, F15CDEEX, F15CD, F22A, F35A, KC46A, and MC130J. A specific requirement is for a refueling system capable of providing sufficient time on station and fuel offload capacity for long- range missions. The aircraft must also accommodate passenger accommodation ( LOPA) configuration for approximately 14 qualified non- crewmembers and associated cargo pallets.
