Request for proposals (RFP) for architect services for Crossroads Elementary Science Montessori Programs roof replacement and chiller replacement. This is an invitation-only event for selected firms from the SPPS Board of Education approved slate of architects and engineers. Proposals are due June 25, 2026. A mandatory in-person site visit is scheduled for June 9, 2026. The project includes replacement of approximately 92,600 sf of built-up roofing and two 125-ton roof-mounted chillers. The preliminary construction cost estimate is $5,000,000 - $5,400,000. Evaluation criteria include team composition, firm experience, project understanding, and fee.
