The City of Shreveport is seeking proposals for the design, creation, and installation of monument signage at three transit facilities (Gateway Hub, Crossroads Hub, Intermodal Terminal) and one digital display billboard at the Intermodal Terminal. The project requires a turnkey solution including design, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning. Proposals are due August 27, 2026. The estimated total expenditure is $300,**** two-year warranty is required. Samples may be required. The contract term is one year with potential for four one-year renewals.
Contractor will have 120 days from contract signing to complete the job.
The City of Shreveport will process requests for payment within thirty (30) days after acceptance of goods or services and receipt of a proper invoice. Prime contractors must ensure payment to subcontractors within fifteen (15) business days of receiving payment from the City.
A minimum two-year warranty covering workmanship, installation, and materials is required, along with manufacturer warranties for all equipment and digital display components.
Proposals will be evaluated based on understanding of project requirements, experience and qualifications, design quality and innovation, project management and timeline, and cost effectiveness.
Offerors must provide information on years in business, office location, email address, financial stability, principal strengths and weaknesses, authorized representatives, and any past litigation or disqualifications.
Failure to comply with fair share requirements may result in breach of contract, disqualification from future contracts, or a claim for damages.
Samples may be required at any time during the evaluation approval process and must be submitted free of expense, unless otherwise specified.
Proposals may be rejected if they fail to follow confidentiality sections or assert trade secret designations properly. Failure to submit required documents, such as the Felony Conviction eVerify Affidavit, may result in the proposal being declared non-responsive.
