Substantial completion is required within 730 calendar days from the date specified in the notice to proceed. Final completion is required within **** days from the date specified in the notice to proceed. The contractor shall achieve substantial completion. . . within seven hundred thirty 730 calendar days from the date specified in the notice to proceed.

Payment will be made as provided in the general conditions. The contractor shall provide a payment schedule and submit a payment request application on or about the first day of each month. Payment under this contract shall be made as provided in the general conditions.

Contractor warrants that the construction, including all materials and equipment, shall be new unless otherwise specified, of good quality, in conformance with contract documents, and free of defects in materials and workmanship.
