As an option, the customer may select the option of agilaire totravel to site to make the warranty determination and repair the defective product on site.
Liability is limited to the cost of correcting defects in the equipment or work and terminates upon warranty expiration. the liability of agilaire to buyer arising out of the foregoing, whether under warranty, tort, contract, negligence, strict liability orotherwise, shall not in any case exceed the cost of correcting defects in the equipment or work and upon the expiration of saidwarranty, all such liability shall terminate.
