All proposers shall be a professional surveyor licensed in the state of michigan. They must have experience interpreting historical survey records and legal descriptions, as well as performing public land survey system retracement surveys and monumentation.

Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested contractors shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capability to satisfy the requirement.

If the market research table questionnaire information is not provided, then it will be assumed the entire requirement cannot be met.

Required documents include a business license, proof of insurance (general liability $5,000,000, auto liability $1,000,000), certificate of good standing, articles of incorporation/organization, and a qualification statement.
