The bid notice states that electronic responses should be sent by email not later than 22 May 2026 at 10:00 AM Alaska Daylight Time.

The bid notice asks interested parties to identify the industry standard on warranties.

The bid notice requests company name and address, CAGE code, SAM UEI number, company business size by relevant NAICS code, and small business type(s), if applicable.

The draft PWS indicates the contractor must provide at least one facility within 20 miles driving distance of NAS Patuxent River that includes a Genser secret level laboratory space with at least **** feet of space and a government or contractor owned secret level network with a minimum of 30 workstations within 90 days of award. The government intends to redefine the requirements, please see all updates and changes with the release of the draft RFP.

All contractor personnel supporting SCI requirements must obtain a Top Secret clearance with a fully adjudicated investigation with the Intelligence Community Directive ICD 704 prior to starting any SCI level work. The government intends to sponsor and initiate TSSCI clearances day one.
