This statement of work (SOW) outlines the requirements for a service contract to track aircrew performance, mitigate neck/back pain, and optimize human combat capability. The contract requires services for all 1st OSS personnel, with data tailored to each aircrew member. The government will provide the required critical information and indicators list (CIIL) and OPSEC policy. The contractor must promptly report mishaps involving government property damage or injury to government/contractor personnel. The contractor shall notify the cognizant contracting officer within 24 hours of all mishaps or incidents. The contracting officer will notify the safety office. The contractor shall cooperate in any resulting safety investigation.
