Emergency service response is required within 24 hours. All required chemicals, materials, and replacement parts must be supplied by the contractor at a price not to exceed 10% above wholesale cost. Bids must be received by 11:00 am on August 20, 2026. A site visit is mandatory on August 11, 2026. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including 5 years of experience and certified personnel.
