Henry County Water Authority (HCWA) seeks bids for landscaping and synthetic turf installation at Walnut Creek WTP. The contractor shall commence the work no later than ten (10) days after the effective date of the notice to proceed and shall achieve substantial completion of the work no later than one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days. HCWA shall make progress payments to the contractor on account of the contract price.
