The veterinarian must be licensed in Oklahoma, USDA accredited, and skilled in handling large animals, specifically horses and burros. Services include visual examinations, interstate health certificates, blood draws, documentation, treatments, euthanasia, and more. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and medications for treatments. The period of performance is a base period plus four one-year option periods. This is a requirements contract for vault toilet janitorial services in the Olympic National Forest and Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. The contract will commence on contract award through April 30, 2026, with one base year and four optional years. Work will be order with a task order and the awardee might visit each site more than once each week. Pricing will be used for each task order for the base year and optional years. This contract is set aside for small businesses. The contractor will furnish personnel, supplies, and transportation to perform the services and ensure that the designated areas present a clean, orderly, and well-kept appearance.
