UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK ANNUAL AND TRIENNIAL INSPECTIONS - The contractor shall provide all necessary services to conduct annual and triennial inspections and testing for four ( 4) Underground Storage Tanks ( USTs): UT- 4, UT- 5, UT- 41, and UT- 42, located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond ( DSCR).

Underground Storage Tank Annual and Triennial Inspections Annual leak detection equipment operability checks of interstitial sensors, automatic tank gauges, and spill bucket visual gauges for four ( 4) underground storage tanks ( USTs): UT- 4, UT- 5, UT- 41, and UT- 42. Triennial testing of overfill prevention equipment, spill buckets, and sumps for the same USTs.

Contractor to provide services for annual and triennial inspections and testing of four underground storage tanks (USTs) at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). Annual inspections include leak detection equipment operability checks. Triennial testing covers overfill prevention equipment, spill buckets, and sumps. Laboratories performing sample analysis must be certified by the Virginia Division of Consolidated Laboratory Services under the Virginia Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program. Personnel will require background checks for installation access.

Failure to comply promptly with environmental noncompliance notices may be grounds for the contracting officer to invoke appropriate contractual remedies, which may cause all or part of the work to be stopped immediately until satisfactory corrective action has been taken.

The vetting official may deny entry to the installation based on the results of a criminal history check. Failure to return badges will hold up contractors' final payment.
