The bid schedule includes vendor work on the bid from August 11, 2025 to August 27, 2025, bid submission on August 27, 2025, bid opening on August 28, 2025, bid evaluation from August 29, 2025 to September 19, 2025, final recommendations on September 22, 2025, and approval by the utilities board on October 13, 2025. The delivery location is the Brownsville Public Utilities Board, **** FM 511, Olmito, Texas 78575. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.

The successful vendor will be required to receive payments directly through automated clearing house (ACH) direct deposit in lieu of a paper check. The bpub has implemented a payment service for vendors by depositing the payment directly to the vendors bank account.
