Offer due date: June 12, 2025, 10:10 AM local time. Delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Inspection and acceptance terms at CLIN **** destination. Delivery date: August 10, 2025. Various clauses incorporated by reference (FAR). Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Sole source justification for steel grit (size G50) from Ervin Industries, Inc. Testing has shown compatibility with existing blast machines, and a competitor's product caused damage. A minimum of 25 drums from each potential manufacturer are required for testing. The justification cites compatibility, pre-established testing, and the potential cost and time associated with testing multiple manufacturers.

Sealed bid for supplying marching band percussion instruments. Bidders must submit bids on the provided forms by 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time on the specified date. Bids must be in hard copy, and include original signatures. The bid must specify the brand and model number of the product offered. Equivalent brands are acceptable, but bidders must provide supporting documentation. Delivery is required by August 1st, 2025. A one-year warranty is required for the instruments, with two years for SFZ models. Cases have a 10-year warranty. The successful bidder agrees to replace the unit with a new piece of equipment if the same problem occurs three times in the first year. All shipping and installation costs must be included in the bid price. The university reserves the right to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. The successful bidder will be required to provide a W9 form and their tax identification number. The state is exempt from sales/use tax. All products must be new, never previously used, and the current model and/or packaging. No remanufactured, demonstrator, used, or irregular products will be considered unless otherwise specified. The manufacturer's standard warranty will apply unless otherwise specified. The contractor agrees to abide by the requirements of various federal and state laws, including the Davis-Bacon Act. The contractor agrees that the university and the legislative auditor of the state of Louisiana shall have access to, and the right to audit and examine, any pertinent books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor related to this bid and any resulting contract agreement. The contractor agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the state of Louisiana from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liability arising out of injury or death to any person or the damage, loss or destruction of any property which may occur, or in any way grow out of, any act or omission of contractor, its agents, servants, and employees.
