Services will be reimbursed via manual invoicing submitted monthly and based on awarded amount and monthly costs.

Contracts will be awarded based on complete submissions and lowest cost bid for each zone.

Bidders must have a minimum of five 5 consecutive years of experience within the past seven 7 years providing security guard services for a healthcare system similar to lacdmh including hospitals, health clinics, laboratories, etc.

The deadline for written questions is 11/22/2026 at 12:00 pm PST.

The contracts annual maximum contract amount mca will remain firm and fixed for the term of the contract unless otherwise amended by both parties through a formal contract amendment.

The SOQs must be submitted by the date and time listed in paragraph 1. 0 of the solicitation information and minimum mandatory requirements, via electronic mail.

The default method of payment is direct deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

The department will generally select academic institutions that have experience in providing sdpd services on a flow basis.

The RFSQ specifies the academic institutions minimum qualifications.

Sanctions and financial penalties may apply to a business that knowingly, and with intent to defraud, seeks to obtain or maintain certification as a certified LSBE, DVBE, or SE when not qualified.

Any person or entity may seek a solicitation requirements review by submitting appendix c solicitation requirements review srr request to the department conducting the solicitation as described in this section. a request for a solicitation requirements review may be denied, in the departments sole discretion, if the request does not satisfy all of the following criteria: the request for a srr is made within the time frame identified in the solicitation document within ten 10 business days of issuance of the solicitation document.

Payment will be made only for providing the tasks, deliverables, and any other work authorized pursuant to the awarded master agreement work orders and through a complete invoice. See attached exhibit A SOW and attachments B fiscal provisions and B1 invoice template.

The work order will be awarded solely on the lowest-cost bid.

Bidders must have an executed master agreement for as-needed psychiatry services that includes the additional temporary classifications. Please include exhibit 6 certification form in bid submission.
