The successful bidder shall arrange to pick up their item/items within 10 business days from the date of notice of award.

The submittal deadline for this Request for Qualifications is May 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM, as stated in the notice.

Submissions will be scored based on a weighted scale: experience with water share/irrigation engineering (40%), qualifications of key personnel (25%), proposed technical approach and innovation (20%), and past performance and references (15%).

Firms must be licensed professional engineers (PE) in the state of Colorado and have demonstrated experience with water resources, irrigation systems, or water rights-related engineering. Experience working with public entities and familiarity with Colorado water law are strongly preferred.

The notice does not require sample submissions.

The proposal deadline is March 17, 2026, by 12:00 pm.

Proposals will be evaluated based on experience in colorado school law, demonstrated expertise in relevant legal areas, responsiveness and accessibility, fee structure and overall value, references and reputation, understanding of public school governance.

Proposing firms must be licensed to practice law in the state of colorado, demonstrate significant experience representing colorado public school districts, provide evidence of professional liability insurance coverage, demonstrate knowledge of colorado school finance, governance, and education statutes, and identify primary attorneys who will serve the district and detail their qualifications and experience.
