Submissions will be scored based on a weighted scale: experience with water share/irrigation engineering (40%), qualifications of key personnel (25%), proposed technical approach and innovation (20%), and past performance and references (15%).
Firms must be licensed professional engineers (PE) in the state of Colorado and have demonstrated experience with water resources, irrigation systems, or water rights-related engineering. Experience working with public entities and familiarity with Colorado water law are strongly preferred.
