Coolidge City Bids, AZ

The City of Coolidge is seeking proposals for the purchase of approximately 90 illuminated holiday decorations for street light poles. Proposals are due September 5, 2025, at 2:00:00 PM MST. The project involves construction work at the Coolidge Municipal Airport, Arizona, for the construction of a new general aviation apron and taxiway C. A preconstruction conference will be held before the notice to proceed. Weekly construction progress meetings are required. The project is phased to minimize runway closure times. The contractor must provide an adequate number of escorts for material deliveries along haul routes and the movements of the contractor's vehicles, mechanized equipment, and personnel within the movement area and non-movement areas as authorized by the airport. The contractor must provide a driver training class before the project begins and at each of the phase transitions for contractor employees who require access to the construction site. The contractor must have available at all times multiple vacuum type mechanical sweeper and water truck to clean all taxiway and apron pavement of dirt, stones, and loose debris where construction traffic crosses at all active movement areas. The contractor is responsible for locating and protecting all existing utilities within the project area. The contractor must have copies of all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all materials brought on site. The contractor must immediately report spills to the city of Coolidge and ADEQ. The contractor must delineate work limits within these areas as per the phasing plan. The contractor must provide all lighted Xs and be responsible for maintaining and providing fuel for the lighted Xs as needed. The contractor shall provide low profile barricades along runway or taxiway edges wherever open excavations or irregular grades are left within the safety area of an active runway or taxiway or where temporary pavement closures or aircraft limitations are required.
