Lot 1: General Pest control including but not limited to mice, spiders, roaches and other crawling insects. Service once monthly for the common areas, entry door, restroom, offices, storage room, mechanical room, kitchenette, kitchen service hall, breakroom, dumpster/dock areas, general offices. Call back at no additional charge. Price is by the square foot.

Lot 16: Ky. Exposition Center ( KEC) and Ky. International Convention Center ( KICC) Linen Specifications: All dirties will be counted jointly by the laundry company personnel and KSFB Staff before leaving each facility. Vendor to provide a weekly running total of cloths at both facilities. KEC Deliveries are set for every Wednesday of the week before 11am KICC Deliveries are set for every Thursday of the week before 11am Vendor to provide extra wet mops, dust mops and rugs at the same rental price during our major events: Ky. State Fair in August, National Farm Machinery Show in February and North American International Livestock Expo in November. Extra scheduled pick- ups of dirties will be needed for these major events: Ky. State Fair in August, National Farm Machinery Show in February and North American International Livestock Expo in November. Each Line item quantity is an estimated yearly usage total and not to taken as guarantee. Replacement of all lost inventory will be borne by the agency at a pro- rated price based on reasonable market prices. Vendor will be required to show documentation that will verify market prices ( a copy of the invoice that they paid) less the pro- rated price. Claims for lost inventory shall be documented by vendor and invoiced separately from weekly linen services.

Lot 1: Special Duties and Requirements for Traffic Directors and their Supervisors: Traffic Directors must be thoroughly familiar with and trained on rules, regulations, and procedures for traffic direction. Will be used at the Gates directing vehicles into the appropriate lanes to speed up the traffic flow. Also will be used in directing traffic, on the property to outlying parking lots as needed. The vast majority of service will be provided under impact situations. An impact parking situation is one in which a heavy volume of vehicular traffic is entering or simultaneously entering and exiting the facility in a short period of time. All Traffic Directors must be at least Eighteen ( 18) years of age unless specifically approved in writing by the Security Coordinator of the Kentucky State Fair Board. Successful bidders must be able to supply a minimum of thirty ( 30) qualified Traffic Directors and a minimum of three ( 3) qualified traffic director supervisors at any one time.

Lot 2: Supervisors to be qualified and trained to supervise Traffic Directors

Lot 3: Special duties and Requirements for Security Guards and their Supervisors: Security Guards must be thoroughly familiar with and trained on rules, regulations, and procedures for security operations. Activities will include, but not be limited to: crowd control and security of State Fair monetary receipts, protection of property of exhibitors and the safety of the general public. They must be physically able and mentally alert to perform their duties. They must have a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma ( GED). Previous law enforcement and/or military experience is preferred. They shall be able to read and understand complex instructions and perform their duties and responsibilities under pressure. All Security Guards must be at least twenty- one ( 21) years of age unless specifically approved in writing by the Security Coordinator of the Kentucky State Fair Board. Security Guards assigned to the KEC, should have a minimum of two ( 2) years experience in security officer services for similar size events. Successful bidders must be able to supply a minimum of thirty ( 30) qualified security guards and a minimum of three ( 3) qualified security guard supervisors at any one time. The successful bidders will be required to submit to KEC, for approval, the names and experience of all supervisory personnel to be assigned to KEC. This list must be submitted within thirty ( 30) days from the date the contract is awarded. The vendor must keep the Kentucky Exposition Center ( KEC) security coordinator informed at all times of the name of the supervisor in charge of their force. Any problems, which develop, are to be reported immediately to the KEC Security Coordinator by the supervisor.

Successful bidders must be able to supply a minimum of thirty ( 30) qualified Parkers and a minimum of three ( 3) qualified Parker supervisors at any one time.

Lot 6: Supervisors to be qualified and trained to supervise Parkers

Lot 1: Must be GAP Fiberglass Mineral Surface Roll Roofing (# 90 MSR Rolls) or approved equal. NO UNDERLAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED SPEC SHEET MUST BE INCLUDED WITH BID Specifications: Must be coated on both sides of the fiberglass mat with weathering grade asphalt coating and must be covered on the top with ceramic mineral slates surface granules. Color does not matter. Width of Roll: 36 inches Length of roll: 36 Feet Pallet Size: 42 inches x 48 inches with 25- 30 rolls per pallet Delivery needs to start no earlier than October 27, 2025 and completed by October 31, 2025
