The Texas General Land Office seeks qualified contractors for aerial herbicide application to control brush and enhance native grass recovery on Permanent School Fund properties. Multiple IDIQ contracts will be awarded. Providers must have FAA Part 137 certification, Texas commercial pesticide applicator license, and relevant experience. Work orders will be issued as needed. No guarantee of volume. Contract term until August 31, 2027. Deadline for submission is October 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM CT.
