The Council Rock School District is seeking bids for emergency generator inspection and maintenance services for the ****, ****, and **** school years. Bids must be submitted by October 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The contract period is from December 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028. The contract includes firm fixed pricing for inspections and preventative maintenance and unit pricing for repairs. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials. The district will not provide any of these. The contractor must dispose of all waste materials off-site in compliance with all regulations. The contractor must provide a copy of the technicians inspection certification, proof of factory training, inspection schedule, contract, certificate of insurance, SDS sheets, and background checks. The contractor must report to the building mechanic or principal before any work is performed. The contractor must provide a written certificate of inspection, inform the district officials of all safety-related issues, and prepare a service report. All replacement parts, materials, and workmanship shall be guaranteed for one year. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
The bid proposal must be submitted on or before 2:00 PM Monday, October 27, 2025, according to the bid notice.
The contract shall be invoiced on a semiannual basis, according to the bid notice.
All replacement parts, materials and workmanship shall be guaranteed by the contractor to perform the service required of them, to the full expectations and/or satisfaction of the owner in accordance with the recommendations from the original equipment manufacturer, for a period of one 1 year from the date of the installation and acceptance, as stated in the bid notice.
The contract to furnish the supplies will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to these instructions, will be most advantageous to council rock school district, price and other factors considered, as stated in the bid notice.
Bidders are expected to examine the specifications and all instructions, according to the bid notice.
Bidders are expected to inspect the site and become familiar with the specifications, all measurements and other documents that would form part of the contract and requirements as necessary to satisfy themselves in regard to the character and amount of work required, according to the bid notice.
Where samples for specific items are required with the bid, these items are stipulated on the pages of the detailed specifications, according to the bid notice.
