Work is to be performed between the hours of 7: 30 am and 3: 00pm, Monday thru Friday, or at the discretion of the Saluda County Roads & Bridges Dept. 5% bid bond and a liability insurance certificate are required to be turned in with each bid. Supplied bid documents must be used when bidding.
