The period of performance is 365 days from the notice to proceed.

The contractor shall provide manufacturer warranty documentation as part of the deliverables.

Contractor personnel must undergo a background investigation commensurate with the risk and sensitivity level designation. Proof of OSHA 30 for supervisor and OSHA 10 for employees is required. Contractor employees must test negative for Tuberculosis prior to arriving on campus.

Violations of VA regulations may result in citation answerable in the United States federal district court. In the event of default or failure to comply with contract terms, the government may terminate for cause.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 6, 2026, at 9:00 CST at **** Loop Road East Building 143, Tuscaloosa, AL ****.

Failure to comply with security regulations, personnel vetting, or submit required certifications may result in disqualification or termination.
