The bid notice states esponses should include at least the following information: 1 adescription of the firms qualifications for performing legal services in the mattersdescribed previously, the names, experience, education, and expertise of the attorneyswho will be assigned to work on such matters, and the availability of the lead attorney andother firm personnel who will be assigned to work on these matters 2 informationrelative to the capabilities, locations, and resources of the firms offices which might servethe departments requirements, including a summary of physical resources that would beassigned to the department, and an organizational chart indicating the relevant areas ofresponsibility of each attorney assigned to work on these matters 3 fee information inthe form of hourly rates for each attorney and paralegal who will be assigned to performservices in relation to these matters and billable expenses 4 an abstract of the firmscost control procedures and how it charges for its services 5 a description of theprocedures used by the firm to supervise the provision of legal services in a timely andcost effective manner and 6 confirmation of willingness to comply with the rules, policies, directives, and guidelines of the department, the commission, and the ag.

The proposal shall be addressed to the township clerks office at the township of hillside, **** liberty avenue, hillside, new jersey **** and shall be received in the clerks office no later than december 10, 2025 at 11: 00 a. m.

Proposals will be evaluated by the evaluation team of the township of hillside on the basis of the proposals deemed to be most advantageous, price and other factors considered.

All proposals shall include, at a minimum, the name, address and all contact information of the person or firm making the proposal a statement of qualifications, including all applicable professional licenses held a statement of experience in rendering such professional services to public entities references and a proposal for compensation or a schedule of fees to be charged for such professional services.

The bid notice states proposals are due 10: 00 am, december 18, 2025.
