The Office of State Procurement in Louisiana is soliciting bids for cattle minerals. Bidders must submit an electronic online response by 06/26/2025 at 10:00 AM CST. Delivery must be made within 7 days of award. All vendors must be registered in the lagov system. A W9 form is required for newly registered vendors. The bid includes specific product categories and quantities. The state intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications. Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Complete proposal package due by 10:00 AM CST on July 14, 2025, emailed to ***@***. *. * line must include solicitation number (****) and company name. Offerors must reference solicitation number **** and company name in the proposal email subject line. Proposals must be valid for 60 days after receipt of final quotes. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted to the point of contact no later than 8:00 AM CST on June 25, 2025. Delivery is FOB destination. Payment will be made by DFAS via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). A DD250 will be required. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination (Pine Bluff Arsenal). A security preaward survey is required. FAR clauses 48, chapter 2, part ****, safeguarding sensitive conventional arms, ammunition, and explosives, shall be part of the solicitation/contract. Section C of part **** calls for a statement of work that specifies requirements found in DOD **** schedule is 30 calendar days from the date of award. The contractor is responsible for any loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before delivery to the carrier. The government may require the delivery of the numbered line item, identified in the schedule as an option item, in the quantity and at the price stated in the schedule. The contracting officer may exercise the option by written notice to the contractor within 365 days. Delivery of added items shall continue at the same rate that like items are called for under the contract, unless the parties otherwise agree. The contractor shall comply with the requirements of DOD manual ****, as specified in the statement of work. The edition of DOD manual **** in effect on the date of issuance of the solicitation for this contract shall apply. The contractor shall allow representatives of the defense counterintelligence and security agency (DCSA) and representatives of other appropriate offices of the government, access at all reasonable times into its facilities and those of its subcontractors, for the purpose of performing surveys, inspections, and investigations necessary to review compliance with the physical security standards applicable to this contract. The contractor shall notify the cognizant DCSA field office of any subcontract involving AAE within 10 days after award of the subcontract. Subcontracts shall include the requirements of this clause. Nothing in this clause shall relieve the contractor of its responsibility for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations including requirements for obtaining licenses and permits in connection with the performance of this contract.

The package must include a completed company information form, product information form for each model, specification sheets, and a general price estimate for each model. The FBI is seeking information regarding night vision goggles (NVGs) for SWAT teams. The anticipated delivery schedule is an initial submission of 10 units, with a potential for up to 26 units for color matching calibration. The contract type is anticipated to be firm fixed price. The FBI requires special agents to have dual tube, white phosphorus NVGs with a minimum FOM of ****, mountable to a Wilcox G24 helmet mount. The FBI will potentially trade in approximately 60 legacy PVS 14 monoculars for credit. The purchase of a minimum of 100 new tubes, up to 150, and a minimum of 5 new PVS 31A NVGs, up to 50, is anticipated. The RFI is to determine if any small business set-aside opportunities exist and to identify potential sources.
