This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for furniture warehousing, labor, and design services. The solicitation is 100% set aside for SDVOSB. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer by February 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Questions must be submitted by February 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. The contract includes a base year and four option periods. The award will be based on best value to the government, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. The contractor must provide labor and moves services to include receiving, inventory, delivery, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and other property of the charleston va health care system. The contractor is required to provide design services such as, but not limited to, drafting scaled furniture drawings in acad computer programs, redesigning room layouts using specifications and features of standardized furnishings, and preparing inventory lists of furniture, parts and hardware to create full roomspace assemblies that meet healthcare commercial furniture standards. The contractor must provide a clean, temperature and humidity controlled receiving facility that is secure and insured, which includes loading docks. The term of the contract shall be for base one year length and four option years: base year may 29, 2026 may 28, 2027 option year 1 may 29, 2027 may 28, 2028 option year 2 may 29, 2028 may 28, 2029 option year 3 may 29, 2029 may 28, 2030 option year 4 may 29, 2030 may 28, 2031
The selected contractor must respond promptly, deliver within **** hours, to requests for transportation and delivery of requested furniture, equipment, or other stored items.
Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared detailed invoice, prepared by the contractor, validated by the contracting officers representative cor, and submitted electronically through ob10https:portal. tungstennetwork. com.
Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of far 13. Comparative evaluation is the side by side pairwise comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a contracting officer decision for the quotemost favorable to the government.
Offerors must provide information of past work, similar in scope, volume, magnitude and complexity for warehouse services to include storage, labor and transportationservices for equipment, furniture, and other property as detailed in the statement of work.
The contractor is liable to va for liquidated damages in the event of a data breach or privacy incident involving any spi thecontractorsubcontractor processes or maintains under this contract.
