Solicitation for new Apple iPhone 17 base model smartphones (256GB, black preferred) for U. S. Embassy Ankara. This is a single-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract. Minimum order is 10 units, maximum is 100 units. Devices must be new, genuine Apple products, legally imported into Türkiye, compliant with BTK IMEI registration, and have a minimum two-year Apple Türkiye manufacturer warranty. Offers are due July 29, 2026. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. Questions are due July 24, 2026.
Delivery shall be completed within the accepted delivery time stated in the award or delivery order, not to exceed twenty 20 calendar days after receipt of order unless otherwise accepted in writing by the contracting officer.
Payment is net 30 after government acceptance and receipt of a proper invoice, whichever occurs later. Invoices shall be submitted to ankarafmcdbomb@state. gov.
A minimum two-year Apple Türkiye manufacturer warranty is required, with warranty service available through authorized Apple service providers in Türkiye.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
Offerors must provide proof of Apple authorized reseller status in Türkiye or documentation showing sourcing through Apple Türkiye authorized distribution channels. They must also provide documentation for legal import, BTK IMEI compliance, and Apple Türkiye warranty eligibility.
If the contractor fails to honor warranty obligations in a timely and effective manner, the government may seek reimbursement for repair costs, invoke applicable remedies under FAR ****, and withhold or deduct payments for unresolved deficiencies.
Offers may be rejected if technically unacceptable, materially incomplete, unbalanced, or unreasonably high or low in price. Failure to comply with contract terms, including warranty obligations, may result in remedies and payment deductions.
