Cleaning Man Government Bids & RFPs

The bid is for janitorial services for CapMetro facilities in Austin, Cedar Park, and Leander, Texas. Bids are due by 3:00 PM CST on March 3, 2026. A remote pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST. All ebids must be fully uploaded and submitted prior to the due date. The response format is electronic, and requires several files, including cost and technical proposals.

The bid is for plumbing services. The deadline for questions is February 13th, 2026, and the proposal submittal due date is February 26th, 2026. Required documents include Appendix One, Section 6, and Appendix Three.

Bidders must submit a bid bond. Questions must be emailed five working days prior to bid opening. The city reserves the right to award contracts to the lowest responsive bidder. The agreement will be effective July 1, 2026 and will terminate on June 30, 2028. Payment will be made only upon completion and acceptance of the project. The contractor shall maintain insurance coverage. Payment and performance bonds will be required. The contractor shall obtain any and all permits andor licensing for the work to be performed. The contractor agrees to abide by the requirements of the following as applicable: title vi and vii of the civil rights act of ****, as amended by the equal opportunity act of ****, federal executive order ****, the federal rehabilitation act of ****, as amended, the vietnam era veterans readjustment assistance act of ****, title ix of the education amendments of ****, the age act of ****, and contractor agrees to abide by the requirements of the americans with disabilities act of 1990. The contractor agrees to provide a work environment free of potential harassment and not to discriminate in its employment practices, and will render services under this agreement without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran status, political affiliation, or disabilities. The contractor shall not assign any interest in this agreement and shall not transfer any interest in the same whether by assignment or novation, without the prior written consent of kenner. The contractor agrees that the responsibility for payment of taxes from the funds thus received under this agreement andor council appropriation shall be said contractors obligation as per la. r. s. 47: 301 et seq. , all governmental bodies are excluded from payment of sales taxes to any louisiana taxing body. The contractor andor its employees shall be acting in the capacity of independent contractors and not as employees of kenner. All records, reports, documents, or other material related to this agreement andor obtained or prepared by the contractor in connection with the performance of the services contracted for shall become the property of kenner. The contractor agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless kenner. This agreement is subject to and contingent upon the continued availability and appropriation of funds to fulfill the requirements of the agreement by the kenner council. The parties to this agreement understand and agree that the provisions, shall, between them, have the effect of law, but in reference to matters not provided, the agreement shall be governed by the regulations of the united states and the laws of the state of louisiana. The contractor will make a full and complete disclosure of any and all subcontractors and suppliers they intend to utilize. The contractor agrees that it does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association based solely on the entitys or associations status as a firearm entity or firearm trade association. The contractor agrees to the terms and provisions provided for in appendix a applicable to all federally funded and reimbursable agreements.
