Woody stems less than one 1 inch in diameter do not require cutting but do require herbicide treatment. Evergreen vegetation shall be cut but do not require herbicide treatment. All vegetation debris greater than one 1 inch in diameter shall be disposed of by contractor in accordance with local, state, and federal law.
