A walkthrough with the project manager is required to develop or hand off as-built drawings of the final configuration. A final walkthrough is required a day prior to the technicians departing. The contractor must report for work on time and contact the ESS NCOIC in charge if there is a delay. The technicians will be required to remain in the Montgomery area for the duration of the installation. The government will not alter, change, or reprogram any existing Advantor system. Any proposed system must be TAA compliant, meet all requirements of FAR clause ****, and be fully vetted and approved by the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard.
