The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Helicopter Sustainment Branch, is seeking industry partners capable of executing the research, development, test, and evaluation (RDTE), kit production, integration, and installation of an advanced Infrared Countermeasures (AIRCM) system onto the HH60W weapon system. The AIRCM system (CIRCM or DAIRCM) will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Respondents are requested to submit a capabilities statement package (max 15 pages) detailing corporate experience, platform familiarity (specifically HH60W or H60 variants), kit production and supply chain management capabilities, technical approach for integration and installation, program management, and partnerships. The government requires sufficient data rights for long-term sustainment and future modifications, with a preference for a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA). The target contract award is Q2 FY27, but accelerated schedules are encouraged. Companies should also provide business classification and SAM status.
