Failure to submit a complete quote, acknowledge amendments, or provide required documentation may result in an unacceptable determination or disqualification.

Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work.

Firms must be permitted by law to practice architecture or engineering and be registered at www. ***. *. * and www. ***. *. * must also be classified as 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns and certified by the CVE at the time of SF330 submission.

Failure of a proposed SDVOSB A&E firm to be certified by the CVE at the time of the SF330 submission shall result in elimination from further consideration for award.

Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government understands that Perata Systems is the only vendor that can provide the requested Perata Perl supplies. However, vendors that believe they can provide the capabilities required to fully meet the governments requirement may submit information in writing to ***@***. *. * by 10:00am CST, July 6th, 2026.

Contractor must provide manufacturer warranty on all provided equipment and supplies for first year from date of receipt and verification of installation/operation.
