The Navajo Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services is seeking bids for outreach promotional items for veterans and their families at a conference. Bids are due August 28, 2025, by 5:00 PM MST. The bid includes specifications for various items, and vendors must include Navajo sales tax if shipping to the Navajo Nation. This is a notice for the establishment of 57 five-year blanket purchase agreements (BPAs) with small businesses for IT and telecom commercial supplies and services. The agreements are set aside 100% for small businesses that have a history of awarded contracts by the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization Pacific (DITCOPAC). The commodity and equipment groups include commercial information technology and telecommunications equipment, supplies, and support. The 5-year ceiling for each individual BPA is $5,000,000. 00. Lot 1: Small Lap Blanket Garlands ( Red Carnations): Small Lap Blanket Garlands Shall Meet the Following Specifications: - A minimum of 190 Carnations in blanket - Size: 8 inches Wide x 48 inches Long - From middle of garland, 10 inches down, 30 inches of # 9 Ribbon must be attached. Ribbon color must match color of carnations/roses. - All lap blankets to be made full with flowers. No spacing or materials to be shown through flowers. - Any materials ( staples, etc) required to put blankets together must not be coming through the material at all. Any blankets with objects sticking out will not be accepted by the KY State Fair Board. - Flowers must be fresh and of good quality. - Any material and/or flowers that do not meet the specifications above will not be accepted by the State Fair Board.
