This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. The 30th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for a 12-month annual subscription to a cloud digital communication management software. Offerors must be registered with SAM and have a commercial and government entity cage code. The offer must receive an acceptable rating for all factors. The offer must quote the entire package requested. Responses are intended to be evaluated without interchanges unless deemed in the best interest of the government. Offerors are encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. The quotation must include a cover letter, technical approach, and price. Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email by July 7th at 10:00 AM PST. All questions regarding the RFQ package must be submitted to the above email addresses by June 27th at 1:00 PM PST. Offerors must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow to receive payment through electronic funds transfer. The government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. Submitted quotations shall be valid for 60 days after the closing date of the RFQ.
