Contractors must have a plan to meet all the government's special tooling and test equipment requirements. All offerors must have the ability to procure the requisite proprietary data from BAE Systems. All contractors must be SAR approved to provide spares to the government.

Respondents are requested to provide data on the quasistatic mechanical performance of their material and process combination, evidence of build quality, and documentation of process controls and quality management systems.
