The project involves conducting plant surveys for Regional Forester Sensitive Species (RFSS) plants, noxious weeds, and watchlist species in various habitats across the Chippewa National Forest. Contractors must furnish all equipment, labor, materials (except government-furnished property), transportation, supervision, and incidentals. Detailed survey procedures, including the use of GPS, digital cameras, flagging, and specific forms, are outlined. A pre-work conference is required.
