medical gloves. The delivery required date is May 21, 2025. The contract term is April 2025 to June 30, 2026, with the option to renew. The product will ship FOB to Wake County Public Schools Central Receiving. Additional sizes, if available, should be stated. The initial order quantities are indicated, but there is no guarantee of minimum/maximum recurring orders. Award criteria include pricing, quality, experience, and conformity with specifications. The evaluation committee may request clarifications or interviews. Bidders must meet all requirements. Compliance with all requirements will be determined by WCPSS. Bidders are cautioned that WCPSS is not obligated to ask for or accept clarifications. All offers should be complete and reflect the most favorable terms. Vendors must not be debarred from doing business with the state of North Carolina or federal government. During the evaluation period, vendors are prohibited from communicating with any person about the content of their bid or qualifications. Descriptive literature, specifications, certifications, and other pertinent data are required. Deviations from specifications may subject the proposal to disqualification. Wake County Public School System is not tax-exempt. Applicable taxes must be computed and added to the bid. Any itemized shipping charges are also subject to tax. Payment terms are net 30 days after receipt of correct invoice or acceptance of goods. Payment may be made by procurement card. All manufactured items and/or fabricated assemblies subject to operation under pressure, operation by connection to an electric source, or operation involving a connection to a manufactured, natural, or LP gas source shall be constructed and approved in a manner acceptable to the appropriate state inspector. All items furnished shall meet all requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and state and federal requirements relating to clean air and water pollution. The contractor shall hold and save WCPSS harmless from liability on account of any confidential information, copyrighted material, patented or unpatented invention, articles, device or appliance manufactured or used in the performance of this contract. No assignment of the contractor's obligations is permitted. Certificates of insurance acceptable to WCPSS shall be filed prior to commencement of work. The provider agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Wake County Board of Education for any liability that may arise from the negligent or illegal acts of the vendor's employees or agents. The provider shall conduct sexual offender registry checks on each employee, agent, ownership personnel, or contractor personnel. The provider shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in providing services under this contract. The provider is responsible for providing affordable health care coverage to all of its full-time employees providing services to the school system. Bidder represents that as of the date of this bid, bidder is not included on the final divestment list created by the North Carolina state treasurer. Bidder is duly qualified to do business in North Carolina. The provider acknowledges that it is subj
