The structure and all respondent-owned equipment, materials, and debris must be completely removed from the city property no later than March 1, 2027.

The city will evaluate proposals based on the feasibility and completeness of the proposed relocation plan and schedule the experience, qualifications, licensing, insurance, and availability of the proposed structural mover.

Respondents must provide documentation demonstrating financial capacity and disclose any material litigation, license suspension, debarment, default, or contract termination within the preceding five years.

If the selected respondent fails to provide required insurance or security, obtain approvals, commence or diligently pursue the work, protect property or the public, or complete removal by March 1, 2027, the city may terminate the award or agreement.

The structure may be inspected only by appointment with the city, and each respondent is responsible for independently evaluating the structure, access conditions, moving route, destination site, utility requirements, permits, and all other conditions affecting its proposal.

Questions regarding this request for proposals must be submitted in writing to the city clerks office by 4: 30 p. m. on October 23, 2026.

The city reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to reject any or all proposals waive informalities, irregularities, or technical defects.
