The US Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, US Embassy in Guatemala, is seeking to procure computer equipment, licenses, migration, and installation services for an ICE vetted unit. The equipment includes servers, desktops, laptops, power backups, and software licenses. The contract is a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. All items must meet or exceed technical specifications, warranty requirements, and delivery/completion timelines. Proposals are due September 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. All shipments must have the contact number or lead JML number labeled on the outside of all boxes. Inspection and acceptance terms are at the destination government facility. Delivery date is 4 weeks after contract award. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference. Offers will be evaluated based on technical capability, price, and supplier performance risk system (SPRS). The government reserves the right to terminate the contract for its convenience or for cause. The contract is subject to alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Offerors must identify products quoted by manufacturer/brand name and part number. If an item part number is superseded, the contractor must advise the contracting officer immediately. Unused former government surplus property offers will have a 200 evaluation factor. Samples are required and will be evaluated for form, fit, and function. The government may correct nonconforming packaging or marking for receipts of DLA-owned materiel if the estimated costs of correction are $1,000 or less.
