The delivery date is June 1, 2026, or ASAP.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement. Payment instructions are detailed in Section G, referencing the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

Items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Award will be made to the vendor whose quote is the best in terms of price and technical acceptability.

All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and must be an authorized distributor.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Used or refurbished items will not be accepted.

Failure to provide a spec sheet and item for alternate bids may result in rejection. Failure to do so will be deemed sufficient reason for rejection of your bid.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on June 18, 2026. Delivery of the initial three units is to be specified by the vendor.

Payment normally will be made to the contractor within thirty 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice, or the receipt of and acceptance of services ordered, whichever is later.

The unit shall be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturer's standard warranty for government use. The warranty begins on the date the unit is determined to meet specifications and accepted by TPWD.

TPWD will award a contract to the respondent whose quote is considered to be the best value to TPWD, price and other factors considered. Factors may include lowest price, ability, qualifications and experience, delivery service schedule, past performance, life cycle costs, and installation costs.

Respondents must submit bids that meet or exceed the specifications. TPWD reserves the right to consider respondent qualifications, equipment, facilities, and references.

Default in promised delivery without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes TPWD to purchase services elsewhere and charge any increased costs to the contractor.

Samples, when requested, must be furnished free of expense to the state. If not destroyed in examination, they will be returned to the respondent, on request, at respondent's expense.

Failure to sign the bid, failure to submit required information, or attempts to ask questions by phone or in person may disqualify a respondent.
