The bidder shall provide all permits, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for placement of trailers, transportation, and disposal of solid waste. The bidder shall not discriminate against any person. The bidder shall have and maintain all required permits and licenses, and shall promptly pay all taxes and fees required by any federal, state or local authority. The bidder is required to identify the final disposal site. The bidder must clearly state in its bid that the bidder shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless robertson county from any and all liability. The bidder must complete the required affidavits and other required documents. The bidder must provide anticipated operation hours for hauling/transporting waste. The bidder shall pushup and load waste into bidders trailers, tarp, transport to a permitted class i sanitary landfill and bidder pays for the disposal and then invoices the county monthly for loading, transporting, and disposal costs.
The deadline for bid submittal is march 31, 2026 at 10: 00 a. m.
The contract will be awarded to he lowest and best responsive, responsible bidder.
Each bidder must have a minimum of five years experience in providing similar services.
All bidders may inspect the transfer station site before submitting a bid.
All questions must be submitted by 4: 30 p. m. cst on march 30, 2026.
