The Judicial Council of California is seeking proposals from hotels for sleeping rooms for a new judge orientation program. Payment will be made via U. S. Bank National Association Travel Payment Services Card (TPSC). The judicial council of california is not obligated to pay for, and contractor shall not invoice for any resort fees, urban fees, or destination fees.
Award will be made to the highest scored proposals based on cost (30%), acceptance of terms and conditions (10%), property (50%), and other program needs (10%).
Proposers must submit proof of good standing and qualification to conduct business in California if they are a corporation, LLC, LP, or LLP. Copies of applicable business licenses are also required.
Site visits or interviews may be arranged for shortlisted venues during the week of July 20, 2026. The judicial council of california will not reimburse proposers for any costs incurred pertaining to an interview, including travel expenses.
The deadline for the Judicial Council of California to receive a solicitation specifications protest is the due date and time for submittal of proposals, which is June 26, 2026, by 11:59 pm.
Proposers' failure to disclose the use of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) may result in disqualification. Material exceptions to the terms and conditions will also render a proposal nonresponsive.
