This is an unrestricted acquisition for the installation of Cat 6 cabling at Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. The project involves engineering, furnishing, installing, and testing an upgrade of existing premises wiring or ISP infrastructure. Proposals are due by July 17, 2026, 5:00 PM MST. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 25, 2026. Award will be based on the lowest priced proposal that is technically acceptable. Offerors must submit proposals via email and adhere to specific formatting requirements. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 Self is required prior to award.
Performance is expected to be completed within 365 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed.
Payment terms are Net 30 or discount. Invoices are to be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
Warranty information is to be provided by the contractor within their proposal.
The basis for award will be the lowest priced proposal that meets all evaluation factors, with the lowest priced proposal being evaluated first for technical acceptability.
Offerors must demonstrate a technical approach with a minimum of 2 pages and no more than 4 pages, detailing how they intend to meet the requirements in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). CMMC Level 1 Self is required prior to award.
A site visit is mandatory and scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST. Attendees must meet at the Truman Gate Visitor Center by 9:30 AM MST. The deadline to submit attendee names and request base passes is June 22, 2026, 4:00 PM MST.
Questions regarding the solicitation, site visit, or potential discrepancies must be submitted in writing no later than July 2, 2026, 5:00 PM MST.
Proposals submitted after the deadline will be considered untimely and ineligible for award. Proposals that do not adhere to format and content requirements may be considered noncompliant and eliminated from consideration. Failure to meet CMMC Level 1 Self requirements will make the offeror ineligible for award.
