TDHCA is seeking bids for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for approximately 393 employees. The program aims to assist employees with personal issues impacting work performance. Services include assessment, short-term counseling (up to 5 sessions per person per problem), referrals, case management, 24-hour crisis hotline, employee orientations, supervisory training, personal development training, promotional materials, newsletters, statistical reports, and on-site crisis intervention.
