Proposals must be from qualified firms or individuals with expertise in providing culturally, ethnically, and linguistically responsive early intervention behavioral health services.
Failure to comply with the Sanctuary City Contracting Ordinance or the Living Wage Ordinance can constitute a default of the contract, leading to termination and potential barring from future contracts for five years.
Proposals may be disqualified on the basis of a conflict of interest. Incomplete proposals or those not conforming to requirements will not be considered.
The contract amount for each population is $300,000 for a three-year timeframe, or $100,000 per year.
