The award will be based on the best overall proposal and best value, considering methodology, experience, expertise, knowledge translation, diversity, and cost-effectiveness.
Bidders must demonstrate significant experience serving Asian communities or collaborate with such an organization, possess in-depth knowledge of relevant methods, advertising strategies, qualitative/quantitative research, community input, and understanding of the gambling landscape in Massachusetts.
Failure to perform contractual obligations may result in corrective action, suspension, and/or termination. Vendor may be terminated or suspended from this contract for poor performance, failure to perform, nonresponsiveness, noncompliance, fraud or other cause.
Misrepresentation of SBPP or SDO certification status will result in disqualification. Failure to perform contractual obligations may also lead to disqualification.
The estimated value of the procurement is not to exceed $175,**** for the entirety of the project.
