After completion of work, the vendor and city representative must complete a walkthrough check list to approve the finished project before invoices are paid.

The warranty for workmanship and material must be stated, and within the warranty period, if cracks or any flaws appear, the vendor is to return and make any repairs free of charge to the city of lebanon.

The contract award, if made, shall be to the lowest, best, and most responsive bid that is in the citys best interest.

All vendors must be incompliance with all city codes and current with all city fees and taxes to be considered as a responsive bidder or participant in this process.

All work is to be completed no later than October 30, 2026.

The contractor must provide a one-year warranty on workmanship and a 10-year warranty on materials.

The successful bidder must have and maintain current workers compensation insurance, comprehensive general liability and automobile insurance for bodily injury, death or loss of or damage to property of third persons in the minimum amount of 1,000,**** per occurrence with the city of piqua as an additional named insured.

There will not be a prebid meeting since the area is located in a public space and can be inspected at any time.

Compensation for work performed and reimbursement for costs incurred shall be paid to the contractor upon receipt and approval by the county of invoices setting forth in detail the services performed and costs incurred.

Responses will be evaluated, scored, and ranked based on category points (100), experience and qualifications (50), project pricing (45), and references (5).

Vendors must comply with all requirements of this RFP, and the vendor's degree of compliance with the requirements of this notice will be a factor in the subsequent evaluation.
