Bids are due on or before 2:00 p. m. , Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

Payment schedule is negotiable for completed work. Oswego County does not pay in advance. Invoices shall be sent to the Oswego County Community Development, Tourism and Planning Department.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders who meet all terms and conditions. The award will be based on technical and esthetic qualities, reliability, vendor's ability, facilities, understanding of needs, and price.

The county may investigate vendor qualifications and reserves the right to reject any bid if the vendor is not properly qualified or able to carry out contract obligations.

If the vendor fails to perform, meet specifications, or make satisfactory progress, the contract may be terminated. The vendor may be liable for damages sustained by the county.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Vendors are responsible for examining the site.

Unauthorized communications may result in bid rejection. Failure to meet specifications or qualifications can lead to rejection. Bids not prepared and submitted in accordance with provisions may be considered informal.
