The Town may consider cost, reputation, experience, efficiency, ability to perform within time, comparative quality of services, past performance, conditions attached to the proposal, interest in the project, and understanding of the project scope. The town may consider the following criteria when evaluating proposals, including but not limited to: a. cost b. the reputation, experience, and efficiency of the prospective manager.
