Latest US Hydrogen Peroxide Contracts & Bids

This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, for medical and surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential requirement in the future. Interested sources must provide specific information, including business name, address, contact information, EUID, NAICS code, business size, business type, capability statement, product country of origin, and GSA FSS contract number (if applicable). Responses are due Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST, via email to martin. torres@va. gov.

This is a request for information (RFI) for hazardous material spill containment and clean-up equipment. Vendors are requested to submit a summary of their capabilities, including detailed information about their hydrogen peroxide generators, including specifications, technology readiness levels, scalability, consumables, production rates, reliability, maintenance, transportation, storage, shelf life, dimensions, power requirements, personnel needs, environmental restrictions, shipping restrictions, clean-up/disposal processes, manufacturer production capabilities, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) status, and any factors impacting costs. Responses are due by COB June 30, 2025, and should be sent to the specified email addresses. Questions for clarification can be submitted by June 25, 2025.

A Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) is being held on June 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, via Microsoft Teams, to discuss a new human-rated spacecraft propulsion system standard (JSC ****). The standard addresses existing and new spacecraft propellants, high thrust liquid abort systems, and engines. Industry feedback on the standard, related documents, and response forms are due by June 30, 2025, 5:00 PM Central Time. Virtual one-on-one sessions may be requested. All information received will be considered for incorporation into a future revision of the standard. The meeting is open to attendees only.

The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for rigid sterilization containers. The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference. Offers must be submitted to the specified office by the exact time specified in the solicitation. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The government will compare quotes against each other in an impartial and simplified manner based on FAR part 13. Source selection techniques described in FAR part 15 will not be used. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical, delivery, and price. The government will award a contract to the quote that is determined to be best value. Technical this factor shall be used to assess the offerors written ability to provide the required equipment, supplies, materials, to include delivery, and servicesinstallation as specified in the statement of need. Delivery provide your best performance schedule with your proposed delivery date to the designated location stated herein. Price provide best pricing. Technical and past performance, when combined, are more important than price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offers specified expiration time, the government may accept an offer or part of an offer, whether there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. The government reserves the right to make no award.
