The initial contract term is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. The services requested to be provided beginning October 1, 2026, or the last signature date, whichever is later, and ending September 30, 2027.
Payment is based on accepted deliverables, with invoices submitted no more frequently than monthly and no later than 90 calendar days after completing deliverables. Acceptance by THC of deliverables specified in the contract is a condition of payment.
A one-year general warranty for the completed work is required upon final acceptance. Upon completion of the work and final acceptance by the owner, the contractor shall furnish the owner with a written one year 1year general warranty for the completed work.
The contract will be awarded to the proposal offering the best value to the state, based on project plan (30%), price proposal schedule (30%), comparable experience (30%), and staff qualifications/references (10%).
