Dearborn Public Schools is seeking bids for school photography services for approximately 20,000 students and staff. Bids are due by June 25, 2026, 10:00 AM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. Services include various photo packages, staff ID badges, yearbook CDs, and digital image delivery. A percentage commission will be paid to the district. All photos are guaranteed, with retakes at no additional cost. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any bids.
All bids shall be received by the district no later than Thursday, June 25, 2026, 10 am local time. it is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure their bid reaches the dearborn public schools on or before the closing date and hour as indicated.
Payment will be made no later than forty-five (45) days after receipt of a properly documented contractor invoice. Payment will be made no later than fortyfive 45 days after receipt of said invoice.
All photos are to be guaranteed unconditionally. Parents may reject photos of poor quality, and the photographer is responsible for retakes at no additional cost. All photos are to be guaranteed unconditionally.
Contract award will be determined based on price, ability to fulfill contract and specification requirements, prior experience, and quality of service and products. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience photographing students in schools, with experience in districts of comparable size and structure, and a minimum of three clients. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience photographing students in schools.
The district may, at its sole discretion, request site visits with selected bidders under active consideration. The district may at their sole discretion request additional information or elect to conduct interviews, demonstrations, and site visits with selected bidders under active consideration.
Any bidder or offeror who is aggrieved may protest in writing within five (5) business days after they know or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto. Bids submitted late or orally will not be accepted. Failure to acknowledge addenda may result in rejection. Misrepresentations in a bid may lead to immediate disqualification. All late bids will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.
