This solicitation is for the procurement of hazard detecting instruments and apparatus. The procurement is for stock replenishment for military depots. The contract is a fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract with a 3-year base period and 2 one-year options. The total duration cannot exceed 5 years. The material is not commercial, so the government is not using the policies contained in FAR 12.
