The Borough of Carlisle is procuring various chemicals for water and sewer plant use for the contract period of January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. Bids must be submitted by October 16, 2026, at 1:30 p. m. prevailing time. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the low bid for each chemical, not the total package. Successful bidders must provide performance and bid bonds (10% of bid), and adhere to strict delivery and quality standards. Pre-award performance testing is required for certain polymers.
