The contractor shall provide one annual calibration with traceable data for each of the two kits at separate intervals. The kit contains a strain-gaged shaft kit and strain indicator. The shaft and indicator are factory calibrated together on an Ormond torque calibrator and a calibration data report is supplied as part of the shaft kit. The contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with this PWS. The government will evaluate the contractor's performance under this contract in accordance with the quality assurance surveillance plan. The contractor shall provide services based on a 40-hour work week, except on US holidays or when the government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar government-directed facility closings. Travel is not required for this requirement and shall not be paid out.
